We are looking for an Administrator who will work closely with operational managers monitoring compliance within the time and attendance system to ensure that all employees are paid accurately based on actual working time

The team are currently working part of the week in our Cardiff office and part of the week from home

The job is being offered on a fixed term contract for 9 months 

Responsibilities will include:

To complete arbitration compliance reporting of any schedule adherence issues across OCS

To respond to and process requests from operational managers for training, guidance and compliance issues

To assist in the mobilisation of new contracts within the time and attendance system

To ensure that all data within the scope of control of the T&A Compliance function is consistent and accurate

To assist in the production of detailed and high-level management reporting on performance of contracts against budget and the mobilisation of contracts within the Time and Attendance initiative

To support the UK business within a programme of change within the HR and Time and Attendance Landscape

Experience required:

Previous time and attendance administration experience would be desirable

Previous experience of working with SAP

PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
