We have a vacancy for a Domestic Auditor (Cleaning). You will report to the Training and Compliance Manager and be responsible for all auditing and auditing administration required to ensure contract compliance

Responsibilities will include:

To carry out internal audits across all UAL sites (circa 16 sites) and ensure all domestic services and Health and Safety compliance is audited and action plans produced and implemented to rectify where necessary.

To work in conjunction with UAL FM Managers in auditing.

To provide efficient, accurate, quality and timely audit administration functions within agreed parameters and budgets across all sites

To ensure compliance with all OCS and related Trust policies with relevance to auditing.

To provide statistical data to the OCS management team at the contract.  Coordinate and produce all OCS and Client reports for presentation

To ensure accurate, auditable records are kept for all services and to assist in the collation of monthly report data

To identify areas of improvement and make suggestions to implement change

To conduct H&S audits and report concerns for action in AIRES reporting system

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Excellent IT knowledge – including Microsoft office, excel, powerpoint, word and statistical systems.

Knowledge of auditing systems.

Demonstrable experience of administration of management systems and spread sheets.

Fully conversant with management systems and auditable data
