The Commercial Support Manager will provide efficient, professional business management and improvement support to our CNWL Contract and Soft Services. You will also support other contracts when required, delivering commercial compliance, detailed reporting and strategic planning support.

Responsibilities will include:

Carrying out administration tasks, commercial duties, reporting requirements and any account related planning or support activities

Work in partnership with the Finance Business Partner to ensure sharing of best practice and consistent financial reporting, adherence to accounting and OCS policies and any other financial support required.

Undertake workshops with Contract Managers to enhance understanding and sharing of latest initiatives / best practice.

Part of the strategic planning team for the account to create and deliver process documents as part of centre of excellence.

Liaise with subject matter experts to ensure process documents are in place across the contracts.

Deliver communication plans for contracts.

To deputise in the absence of the Operations Manager

Production and collation of Contract Compliance information

Support Contract Managers with Internal and customer reporting

Review month end paymech reports

Ensure databases are compliant, accurate and up to date

Support the bid teams when required with tenders and contract increase reviews

Experience and Qualifications required:

Role related experience

Good working knowledge of administrative duties including month end billing procedures

Experience of financial reporting,

Excellent PC skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience with report creation and delivery
