We have an opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager to join our team

You’ll be a fantastic chef with flair and imagination

Responsibilities will include:

• To effectively manage within budgetary constrains

• To continuously develop and improve food quality and hygiene standards

• To have knowledge of changes in legislation

• To meet the client and company expectations

• To respond to any reasonable request of the company or client

• To recruit, train, develop and motivate staff

• To ensure that adequate products, equipment and materials are properly stored, used, maintained and controlled

• To provide high quality product at all times to the client

Qualifications and Experience required:

HND Membership of HCIMA desirable,

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate

• Level 3 Craftskills orsimilar (such as City & Guilds 706

• Must have a firm grasp of cost control

• Should be a good motivator

• Able to react quickly to changing situation
