We are looking for Operations Supervisor to ensure the best use of resource across both the Airside Coaching and PRM operation maximising efficiencies and minimising and delays or service failures whilst also being responsible for the effective supervision of all staff on shift, ensuring that work is carried out to customer specification and all deadlines, ECAC, SLA and KPI’s are consistently met. You will communicate in a professional manner with customers, airport authorities, colleagues and to be responsible for supporting and by doing so become a role model for the team and an Ambassador for the company, living the OCS values of care, safety, trustworthy and expert.
