We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified or experienced Facilities Administrator to join the engineering team, assisting the administration of the mobile engineering team and supporting the contract managers in the delivery of hard services to our client base. Working from our Newcastle city centre office which has great transport links, you’ll be joining a small team with a can-do attitude, working for a global FM provider whose aim is to deliver excellence through the development of its staff and the use of cutting-edge technology. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in the construction or facilities sectors with a good level of skill on all Microsoft packages. Some experience of working with a CAFM system would be desirable but full training will be provided. We are looking for someone that wants to drive the business and their career forward and we will support you fully in your development. You’ll be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, but overtime may be required as work demands but this will always be via prior arrangement Specific Responsibilities: Formatting quotes from suppliers to be presented to the clients for approval Assisting the Engineering team with admin and preparing presentations Filing of compliance paperwork Managing the engineering holiday/ sickness overtime with the schedulers Working on areas covering when other staff are not available Responding to client requests and dealing promptly with any complaints Experience Required: Experience working within the facilities or construction marketplace Excellent communication skills Always reliable, efficient, helpful, and professional Good knowledge of health & safety requirements What will you get in return?
