Your main purpose of the role will be to carry out a range of hospitality and facilities duties as required. This will include liaising with our suppliers to order hospitality through to delivering the food to the recipients meeting room at agreed times. 

The contracted hours for this vacancy are 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 08:30am to 4:30pm. The annual salary will be between £20k-£22k per annum depending on experience.

Main Duties:

Use your knowledge of both food hygiene and health & safety legislation to apply quality control procedures which will ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.

Admin duties to include post room management, printing, locker management etc.

Meeting and greeting visitors

Setting up of meeting rooms

Assisting with hospitality role

Raising and closing jobs via the helpdesk

Managing contractors on site

 

To succeed in this role you will need: 

Management experience across a range of service disciplines, with a bias toward soft and hard services - Management of multi service contracts preferable 

IOSH desirable
