To work as part of a small team at Various Location within Central London (TFL Zone One) responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the assigned client site.

As a representative of OCS Security, you will ensure that an exceptional service is provided as per the contract requirements. You will ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner and all relevant legislation is adhered to.

Main Duties:

  • Work with the multi-disciplinary team in providing a supportive working environment.
  • To promote a professional and friendly image for all visitors, patients, and staff.]
  • Provide cover for the site reception and switchboard as and when required.
  • General administrative duties to include Photocopying, faxing and the use of a computer and franking machine as required.
  • Check, maintain and set up meeting rooms in accordance with daily requirements
  • Ensure the building and surrounding area is kept clear of any debris/rubbish.
  • Conduct general building security patrols.
  • Compliance with all identified legislation, i.e. H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.

Health & Safety accountabilities:

  • Communicate regularly with colleagues through formal and informal channels on safety matters to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and that morale remains high.
  • Ensure that the OCS safety image is reflected positively through your actions and those of your colleagues.
  • Ensure that personal H&S competence and skill level is maintained i.e. attended Managing Safety programme and other Company safety events.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that plant and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose.
  • Ensure that work activities are properly managed and supervised.


To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment

  • SIA Licence                                                    Required
  • NVQ - Administration                                  Preferred
  • NVQ – Customer Service                           Preferred
