We have a great opportunity available for an experienced Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis based at the prestigious Three Snowhill offices in Birmingham City Centre, which is the largest office development outside of London. We are passionate about providing our clients with a professional, five-star service that can be relied upon and we are looking for people who can demonstrate the same values.  

This is not your usual cleaning role; you will come into contact with clients and very important visitors and as such you will be required to greet them in a professional manner. You will report to the Cleaning Supervisor and provide the first-class standard of cleaning services expected in a corporate environment.

Main Duties:

Professionally greet clients and visitors you encounter and kindly assist with queries as required.

Performing cleaning duties to a high standard – dusting, mopping, sweeping, emptying bins and cleaning washrooms.

Ensuring the safe use and storage of cleaning equipment and materials.

Addressing any hazard issues identified in a timely manner and escalating where necessary.

Assisting with any other adhoc tasks as required by Management.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

Cleaning experience within a corporate environment is essential.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work of your own initiative to maintain high standards.

Willingness to go the extra mile to meet client service requirements

Flexible attitude to working hours to meet business needs
