We have a great opportunity available for an experienced Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis based at the prestigious Three Snowhill offices in Birmingham City Centre, which is the largest office development outside of London. We are passionate about providing our clients with a professional, five-star service that can be relied upon and we are looking for people who can demonstrate the same values. This is not your usual cleaning role; you will come into contact with clients and very important visitors and as such you will be required to greet them in a professional manner. You will report to the Cleaning Supervisor and provide the first-class standard of cleaning services expected in a corporate environment. Main Duties: Professionally greet clients and visitors you encounter and kindly assist with queries as required. Performing cleaning duties to a high standard – dusting, mopping, sweeping, emptying bins and cleaning washrooms. Ensuring the safe use and storage of cleaning equipment and materials. Addressing any hazard issues identified in a timely manner and escalating where necessary. Assisting with any other adhoc tasks as required by Management. To be successful in the role, you will need: Cleaning experience within a corporate environment is essential. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work of your own initiative to maintain high standards.
