The main purpose of the role is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors, ensuring all areas of the malls are clean and free from hazards.

Monday -Saturday shifts will be between 10:00pm-06:00am, Sunday shifts will be between 7:00pm-06:00am.

Main Duties:

A range of cleaning activities will be required across the various areas of the centre ensuring all areas are always cleaned to the highest of standards.

Ensuring all hazards are removed from the malls following the correct procedures; i.e. body spillages cleaned up correctly and disposal of waste in the correct waste stream.

Ensure all equipment is used, maintained and stored correctly following the OCS procedures. Any defects must be reported immediately.

Respond to any customer requests promptly and courteously.

Reporting of all incidents, accidents and near misses following the OCS reporting procedures.

Use of applications to report and record i.e., spillages, tasks and PPM’s must be used daily to ensure accurate reporting of all activities on site.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

Demonstrable experience within the retail industry, with a track record for innovation and success

Significant experience within your chosen service stream

Experienced in a fast-paced work environment

Experienced in customer focussed environment

Willing to undertake apprenticeship, desired.
