The main purpose of the role is to work as part of a dedicated team, to set and maintain the highest quality of hygiene & cleaning standards.

Main Duties:

Provide patients and clients with a prompt and courteous service at all times..

Receive, check, sort and store supplier products as directed, completing and recording all required temperature checks as per the company HACCP.

Report and record any missing or substandard deliveries.

Preparation of sandwiches, salads and beverages as required

Select products as per the daily pick and pack sheets for each area and load for transport to the wards.

Load meals into the regen ovens as and if required or directed.

Cleaning of the Kitchen Area including floors, work surfaces and all equipment.

Assist with catering stocktaking as required.

Undertake any other duties as are reasonably requested by management

To be successful in the role, you will need:

Ability to be trained in Basic Health & Safety and Level Two Food Hygiene

Previous experience working within healthcare, preferably mental health

Fluent in English both oral and written.

Must clear all DBS checks
