We are looking a Healthcare Team Leader to lead a team of cleaning and catering staff within a mental health hospital environment.

Your main role will be the daily supervision a small team of cleaning and catering colleagues ensuring all are working productively and safely.

Main Duties:

  • Interact directly with patients, clinical and office staff.
  • Work with on- site clients to address any specific requirements, issues or concerns.
  • Manage employees, equipment, materials, and stock control.
  • Complete company bookwork and reports
  • Place online product orders as directed
  • Induct, Train and develop new and existing employees
  • Carry out general Cleaning and Catering duties as required
  • Supervise and monitor quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Ensure personal appearance, including uniform, are of the highest standard at all times in line with company policy.
  • Ensure sound knowledge of the food hygiene and Health & Safety.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Preferred experience in a supervisory role within a hospital environment.
  • Fluent Written and Spoken English
  • Basic computer skills. – Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 (In-House Training Provided)
  • BIC’s or Impact Certificate (In-House Training Provided)
