The main purpose of the role is to effectively manage and monitor the assigned unit within budgetary restraints, while conforming to the clients and OCS specifications.

Main Duties:

Manage and develop the contract’s human resources, to be able to achieve the highest standard of work, with a positive team spirit.

Maintain staff records and carry out training, in compliance with legislation and company policy, using both in-house and external training schemes.

Hold regular team briefings or one to one meeting with unit staff that cover all relevant topics as outlined on the Company’s Team Briefing sheet.

Control the budgets for staffing, while maintaining a high level of service to our clients.

Timely recording and remitting of all company required bookwork and information.

Ensure that the contract operates within all current legislation and client policies and that, where appropriate, staff are made aware of their responsibilities in this regard.

Ensure that specified and correct standards of work are established and maintained and that any deficiency is reported and remedied quickly.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

BICS/NVQ Assessor desirable

Managerial or Supervision experience

Multi-site contract experience.

Previous experience of working within a customer focused environment.

Knowledge of MS Office software coupled with good general IT skills.
