We are looking for a Cluster Manager with a strong Hard Services background to join our team looking after a cluster of sites based in the Bristol area. Working with a site based team managing both hard and Soft Services to ensure the cluster remains legally compliant. You have full P&L responsibility for the sites supported by the central team. The key element of this role is stake holder management we all looking for someone that has experience of managing multiple stake holders and someone with experience of the automotive industry would be beneficial but not essential. As part of the role you will manage the day-to-day operations across the site ensure the expectations of the clients are met whist operating in a safe and productive manner. Using your expertise to drive the contract forward and ensure that they are compliant together with pursuing opportunities for growth.
