To work as part of a small team at Various Location within Central London (TFL Zone One)

responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the assigned client site.

As a representative of OCS Security, you will ensure that an exceptional service is provided as per the contract requirements. You will ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner and all relevant legislation is adhered to.

 

Main Duties:

  • Work with the multi-disciplinary team in providing a supportive working environment.
  • To promote a professional and friendly image for all visitors, patients, and staff.
  • Provide Cover for the site reception and switchboard as and when required.
  • General administrative duties to include Photocopying, faxing and the use of a computer and franking machine as required.
  • Check, maintain and set up meeting rooms in accordance with daily requirements
  • Collect and deliver outgoing and incoming mail and parcel post.
  • Setup meeting and consulting rooms ready for use.
  • To protect the security and safety of the identified buildings and personnel, All duties must be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner.

 

 

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Strong customer services skills and experience
  • Present a professional self-image of confidence and authority to enable effective customer service delivery
  • Ability to follow policy and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and multi-service team service personnel to achieve results
