Your main aim will be responsible for effective payroll management, recruitment and selection of staff within the OCS Manchester operation, in line with the business requirements.

You will also:

  • Support the operational team in effective management of agency resources, ensuring all temporary to permanent opportunities are explored. Use reporting tools in Venneu temp timesheet system to monitor durations of temp workers.
  • Manage vacancies via OCS recruitment portal (SAP).
  • Authorised signatory for OCS ID applications.
  • Ensure effective management of absence (sickness/annual leave/lateness). Maintain robust database tracking absence for both OCS direct and agency workers.
  • Ensure content of personal files is maintained.
  • Support line management application of SAMP/Lateness process by preparation of relevant paperwork.
  • Working with local agencies, ensure appropriate flow of temporary labour to support OCS Manchester operation.
  • Manage stock levels and the issue of uniform.
  • Support Payroll and office co-ordinator (PRM).


To succeed in this role you will need:
