Currently recruiting for a Service Engineer to provide support to key customers.

You will use your knowledge of security systems, sound technical skills and your dedicated approach to ensure an excellent service is consistently delivered.

 Specifically you will:

• Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety Regulations, in addition to safe working practices at all times.
• Carry out work to meet Client and Company specification, ensuring correct standards of service are delivered and agreed SLA’s are maintained.
• Provide technical support for a range of systems that have been installed and maintained by the Company
• Attend call outs and respond to requests as required
• Locate and rectify system faults on various sites  
• Remove and replace faulty system parts and equipment as required
• Maintain systems following installation
• Ensure an excellent service is delivered at all times

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Industry experience as an Electronic Security Systems Engineer
• Experience and qualifications in CCTV / Intruder / Access Control systems
• Fire experience would be beneficial
• Ability to support a wide range of products including Dallmeier Control equipment and Panasonic cameras
• Good IT skills and the ability to work on IP based solutions
• Self motivated with the ability to work using own initiative as well as within a team.
• Experience on the following systems/products is also desirable: Menvier, Scantronic, Galaxy, Panasonic, Dedicated Micros, Dallmeier, Lenel, RBH Access and Fire systems.
• Excellent customer service skills
