We recruit nationally for a variety of roles such as cleaning and general operatives, drivers, security officers, customer care assistants, front- of- house teams, engineers and many more.

 

Leading a team of cleaners across various Gatwick based locations, for a high-profile client.

Your main aim will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the sites and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.

Main Duties:

  • Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns
  • Organise rotas, as well as completing reports, updating spreadsheets and other paperwork, as and when requested by your manager
  • Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
  • Assist with training and cascading information to the team
  • Carry out general cleaning duties

 

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Strong people management skills
  • Good attention to detail and high standards of work
  • A general understanding of Health and Safety legislation
  • Good IT literacy
  • To provide a detailed reference history – references from last 5 years will be checked by Airport authorities
  • Ability to pass a basic Criminal Record Check
  • To pass various airport trainings
