We are looking for Cleaner who will ensure that a quality service is provided to our client by maintaining a high standard of cleaning to all their office areas.
Main Duties:
- Emptying, cleaning waste bins/recycling areas
- Communal area cleaning
- Lift and Stair cleaning
- Cleaning of meeting rooms
- Cleaning of tea points
- Cleaning of washrooms
- Vacuuming soft surface spot cleaning
- Damp cleaning of trained surfaces
- High- and low-level cleaning
- Fixtures and fittings throughout including but not limited to, radiators, handles, kitchen fittings, kitchen equipment, sanitary fitments, desks, tables, chairs, fire extinguishers, door frames, tiles, walls, blinds, wall pictures.
- Cleaning after every use of cleaning equipment
- Daily reporting of any equipment breakdowns.
- Ensuring correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
- Reporting faulty machinery / equipment immediately.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Education to at least National Level 1 e.g. GCSEs grades D-G
- Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary
- To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
- Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to provide checkable references to cover the last three years.
