We currently have several opportunities for Security Team Leaders to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our teams and support world-renowned venues during event build-ups, live show days, breakdowns and much more ensuring a smooth and safe operation of all services. This role is predominately based at the NEC, free parking is available. There is the opportunity to also to work at other exciting venues within our division some of which will be hosting the commonwealth games next year.


Main Duties:

  • Able to meet client/event demands and availability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays and evenings as required.
  • Delivery of customer service through the smile initiative. 
  • Briefings, Managing People, roles, and responsibilities 
  • Counter Terrorism, Recognition of firearms and explosives, hostile reconnaissance 
  • Fire Awareness, Health, and safety
  • Prevention of and attending to lead with security incidents.
  • Acting as a first line support to employees and site visitors, providing a professional and friendly service.


To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Educated to a good standard
  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence is a must
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in security and stewarding is desirable
  • Experience in events is desirable
  • Experience in leading and managing people
  • Must be a self-motivated individual, fostering a can-do attitude with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple activates.
  • Initiative with flexible analytical and problem-solving skills.
