The vacancy is for a Relief Security Officer to provide holiday, training and sickness cover, working a variable 12 hour shift pattern.

This will include days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays and has a guaranteed minimum working hours of 108 hours per month.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role:

Internal and external foot patrol

High level control room monitoring of access control, CCTV and alarm systems.

Ensuring all procedures, site/assignment instructions and SOP’s are followed at all times

Site entry, car park barrier control and traffic Management.

After hours Reception duties

Accurate report writing using computer based software

To be successful in the role, you will need:

SIA Licence Frontline Manned Guarding or Door Supervisor is essential

PSS Licence desirable

Clean UK Drivers Licence and your own reliable transport

Previous Security experience would be desirable but not essential

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Smart and professional appearance, good observation and customer service skills      

Ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a diverse team

Computer literate in MS word, Excel and Outlook are essential
