Shift Pattern To work 4 days , then 3 nights , then 4 days off , then to work 3 days, then 4 nights then 4 off
Working Hours per Week 56 hours
Pay Rate £10.85 per hour

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the control room is running effectively and efficiently.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role;

To adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and escalations. Follow and ensure instructions are followed as listed in the Control Room Manual and appendices

To undertake, record and report all incidents and occurrences accordingly and take action as necessary

Assist in implementing positive change within the control room assuring that we continue to progress and meet required standards alongside supervisor

Ensure daily, weekly, monthly control room checks are carried out and documented

Reporting into the Security Supervisor/ Manager onsite, work in line with the Security Teams for additional security requests as required

To succeed in this role you will need;

SIA and CCTV Licence essential for the role

5 O levels or GCSE, Including English and Maths

Ability to follow policy and procedures

Able to build and maintain relationships

Able to liaise with people at all levels

Effective communication and report writing skills

Able to evaluate situations and prioritizing work

IT Knowledge

Knowledge of control room

Good Organizational Skills
