The Catering Manager will be responsible overseeing all catering staff on site and ensuring high standards are maintained. Main Duties: Effectively manage within budgetary constrains Continuously develop and improve food quality and hygiene standards To have knowledge of changes in legislation Respond to any reasonable request of the company or client Recruit, train, develop and motivate staff Ensure that adequate products, equipment and materials are properly stored, used, maintained and controlled Provide high quality product at all times to the client Maintain positive staff attitudes and team spirit Day to Day Craft Responsibilities for all services. Maintain all records in line with legislation and company policy Deal with disciplinary and grievance issues consistently, fairly and in line with company policy Ensure compliance at all times with legal requirements such as Health & Safety at Work, display of all necessary notices, accidents reporting and First Aid To be successful in the role, you will need: Level 3 (eg, A-Level) or equivalent HND Membership of HCIMA desirable, Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate Level 3 Craftskills or similar (such as City & Guilds 706) Practical experience of high quality service delivery Management experience within Contract catering Must clear all DBS checks What will you get in return?
