To ensure that a quality service is provided to the client. To maintain a high standard to all office areas of Allen & Overy.

Health & Safety Purpose: To take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by your work activities.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure that you observe and follow Strand and Allen & Overy site rules and regulations at all times.
  • Respond immediately to any customer complaints as they occur and inform your Line Manager of any actions taken or needed as required.
  • Advise and discuss any areas of concern that may affect the quality of service being provided by Strand.
  • Ensure tasks and help desk ticket works are completed to the correct standard and timescale and called to Administrator to close.
  • Carry out any administrative duties as laid down by the company.
  • To know the work schedule and understand the Service Level Agreement
  • Ensure all Health & Safety regulations are known and strictly adhered to at all times and ensure all PPE issued to you is worn.
  • VIP meeting rooms are given priority
  • Ensure conference rooms are always set to the required default set up
