The Matrix administrator / MSO liaison will perform a variety of tasks predominantly related to the online meeting room booking system, Matrix, working very closely with, and assisting as and when,  with the MSO with room set ups.

Main duties and responsibilities :

Manage room bookings via the matrix booking system

Daily walk around of building to ensure rooms are being used

Work closely with MSO Supervisor to manage daily room changes and requirements

VIP Rooms check to include, reset, report any missing, broken components - cages, power, whiteboard supplies etc. 

Make available sequential list of rooms to be prepared for the next working day

Supply list to MSO Team to action

All works to be carried out directly, or in split Teams

Operation of porting equipment in accordance with training working with the MO team if required

Attend tasks allocated by Helpdesk in accordance with guidelines, to minimise penalties.

Working safely and efficiently in all workplace areas.

Flexibly, proactively, and professionally responding to any client requirements as and when necessary, promoting excellent customer service.

Any other reasonable requests that the business might require as determined by your line manager.

Essential - PC literate

Desirable - Booking system experience
