The Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective management of the PRM and ASC operation and administration, retaining accountability to the General Manager Main Duties: Ensure all KPIs are met monthly and prepare any reports as required. Manage cost drivers (absenteeism, equipment, labour, overtime) within assigned budgetary limits Working with the Fleet Manager to ensuring vehicle maintenance and compliance including LOLER’s are carried out in a proactive manner and all paperwork is correctly maintained Lead HSQE meeting structure with formal records and effective action plans. Manage and develop the Assistant Operations Manager and Duty Managers and ensure customer service standards are met at the highest level. Oversee and assist with recruitment Conduct performance appraisals with appropriate employees, identifying potential talent and recommending training and development where appropriate. Encourage collaborative working systems for upward communication and ideas and conduct briefing/TBT when necessary To undertake any reasonable tasks as directed by your immediate manager or other company representatives. To be successful in the role, you will need: Team Leading/management qualification or willingness to undertake this qualification. Must be able to obtain an airside pass. Previous experience of Airside operations at an airport is strongly desired. Previous customer service experience is essential as is demonstrable people supervisory skills IT literate Safety qualification such as IOSH What will you get in return?
