The main purpose of the role is to ensure the compliant delivery of elite security services to Chelsea Football Club. The successful applicant will be flexible, motivated, pro-active and with a desire to deliver the very best service to Chelsea Football Club. They will also be able to demonstrate a ‘can-do’ mentality and drive to perform at the very top of their game. Please note this role contains a large amount of external patrolling and standing in all weather conditions. The site is a 24-hour site and open 365 days in a year, therefore a mixture of day and night shifts are required. Main Duties: Securing the premises by patrolling internally and externally Bag searching CCTV monitoring Key desk Inspecting buildings, equipment, access points and permitting entry Traffic management Report writing Events duties To be successful in the role, you will need: Must possess a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Security experience of working at a sport/entertainment/events venue First aid qualification Experience in conducting searches Good report writing skills Able to work on your own or as part of a team 5-year checkable work history / career history.
