We have a vacancy for a Mobile Security Supervisor to work nightshifts from 6pm to 6am

Your main aim will be to supervise security teams at a number of client sites and premises in the Thames Valley area, ensuring an exceptional guarding and security service is delivered.

A company van will be provided for you to travel between sites 

Your main responsibilities may also include:

  • Responsible for assisting in the management of security officers to ensure the highest standards 
  • Supervision of security officers to provide exceptional first line manned guarding to the assigned contract
  • Ensure compliance with all identified legislation, i.e., H&S, SIA licensing & risk assessments and all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure relevant assignments within the region are locked/unlocked at the appropriate times
  • Carry out performance evaluation, staff welfare visits and site visits.
  • Oversee any incidents and provide further escalation as per policies
  • Be a first point of contact for site staff
  • Undertake site training on individual sites for purposes of ad hoc site cover

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

  • Full driving licence is essential
  • SIA License - Manned Guarding as minimum, Door Supervisor preferred
  • SIA CCTV PSS preferred
  • Experience of working in a supervisor role or similar within the Security Industry 
  • Experience of working within a customer focused environment
  • Good communication skills both written & verbal
  • A professional demeanour
  • A good level of computer literacy
