The Site Security Manager will report to the Account Manager and be responsible for the operational security service delivery at Chelsea FC Stamford Bridge stadium including match days and special events.

The successful applicant will be an experienced security manager, ‘hands-on’, motivated, pro-active and with a desire to deliver the very best security service to the client. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate great operational management skills and a drive to perform at the very top of their game.

Main Duties:

Day to day operational management of the security team and site; meeting and exceeding contract KPIs and SLAs

Managing the matchday perimeter security services and the provision of security to high profile events

Responsible for security risk identification and mitigation through immediate and phased operational planning

Responsible for site security and health and safety policies and procedures

Provide the Client with timely and credible security information and contextual analysis of the local security situation through incident analysis, reports, flash alerts etc.

Supporting the Client in developing their own security management capacities by reviewing policy documents, conducting site security surveys and assisting in business continuity and crisis management planning

Managing security systems at CFC, CCTV, Access control and fire systems

Responsible for engaging and providing briefings to high profile external organisations such as UEFA, Premier League and Football Association Maintaining AI’s and SOP’s, all contracted training (including records), security policies and procedures

Mentoring and coaching employees (at all levels) to deliver industry leading security risk awareness and consistent above standards levels of service delivery

Workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, training and developing Duty Shift Managers and Security Officers

To be successful in the role, you will need:

Significant experience as a security manager of a large team

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Excellent people management skills and experience

Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, senior management and operational staff

First aid qualification

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

I.T skills – experienced confident user of Microsoft Office and/or similar software solutions

SIA DS License and SIA CCTV License

5 year checkable work history / career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards – BS7858.
