Providing safe and efficient car parking services.

Your main aim will be to operate car park procedures in accordance with operational instructions to ensure that vehicles are parked in a safe and proper manner, while remaining vigilant to safety hazards and taking proactive steps to correct them if required.

The main tasks of your role will be:

  • Delivering professional and effecient service is delivered to customers
  • Ensuring that the site is a safe environment by adhering to relevant regulations
  • You’ll assist with visitor management by providing directions and information

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Confidence to manage conflict situations
  • Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions
  • Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation and policy
